March 2015 Wrap-Up

I’m alive, I promise! I’ve just been so busy this past week (and then some) that I’ve literally had no time to myself to sit down at the computer and do anything unrelated to schoolwork. That may continue, but for the moment I have time to write up a few posts and get my butt back out there, so I figured I might as well start off with my monthly wrap-up.

Okay? Okay.

Let’s do this.

Yet again, much like last month, I have not gotten read what I would like to get read. I didn’t go a whole month without reading a single book, thank God, but I only got three out of the way. Once more I’ll have to push and try to conquer that in April. At least I read some really fantastic book this month, five stars all around and all three have been placed on my favorites list, they were so good. Which books were they? Well…

Scarlet

First, we have Scarlet by Marissa Meyer, the second book in The Lunar Chronicles. It was so good, I love this series so much. I have Cress all ready to read and I hope I get a chance to read it soon.

Fangirl

Next is Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, a book I absolutely adore and would recommend to any fellow fangirl, be a fanfiction-loving one or not, in less than a heartbeat. I fangirl with my librarian friend over this book constantly. It hit me so close to home, I can even begin to explain it. It would need its own post, honestly. I could talk about this book for paragraphs.

Seraphina

And, finally, we have my first (and only, because I was so busy) TBR Jar pick, Seraphina by Rachel Hartman. It was a fantastic first pick from my TBR Jar and I can only hope the other picks that come my way are as good as this one. I need to get my grubby paws on Shadow Scale. I want to see what happens to the amazing Seraphina. If you want to see what else I pick from my TBR Jar before I post the round up at the end of the month, follow my Twitter! I post them there when I draw them.

That’s all for this post, I hope next month is a little more eventful, and I don’t mean in the way of schoolwork.

Thanks for reading!
