Confessions of a Literary Addict

The Bout of Books day three challenge can be found over at Kristina Horner, and it is to write a Haiku about the book you’re currently reading!

I am currently reading Fat Vampire: A Never Coming of Age Story by Adam Rex and I actually had to Google the requirements for a Haiku because I’m so far withdrawn from poetry that I can’t remember what they are. But, not that that’s all settled, here’s my Haiku:

Fat vampire Doug

Steals blood at Comic-Con.

I want to go, too.

And that… is my attempt at a Haiku.

Poetry is not my forte. But I do really want to go to Comic-Con. So badly, actually.
