This is a new book tag to me! Thank you to Jordan over at I Will Never Own Enough Books (same though) for the nomination, I’ve never seen this one before! (Maybe I’m still just too new to this whole book blogging thing. Probably.)
The tag seems pretty simple to me! I think I’ll be able to get it knocked out each day easily. Onto the rules!
The Rules:
- Thank the person who nominated you.
- Post a quote for 3 consecutive days (1 quote for each day).
- Nominate three new bloggers each day.
Day 1:
There are dozens of quotes from Harry Potter than I could, and do, live by, but this one resonates with me specifically when talking about my favorite thing to blog about: books. Sometimes people wonder why I waste my time away with my nose buried in a book, and I think this quote can help explain it. It might all be happening inside my head, but it’s still a journey to me. I’m still living a new life through someone else, and going on an adventure in a world I’d never actually step foot in.
Just because it’s inside my head doesn’t mean it isn’t real.
