Rainbowthon 2.0 | Wrap-Up

And so ends the second readathon of the year for me! Once again, I did not get all the reading done that I had hoped for, but I got enough done that I’m not disappointed in my attempt. I would have liked more, but I did what I could.

Red: Allegiant by Veronica Roth

Orange: This Shattered World by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner
125 pages in

Yellow: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

Green: Shades of Earth by Beth Revis

Blue: Fox Forever by Mary E. Pearson

Purple: Their Fractured Light by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner

Total books read: 2

Total pages read: 1,020

The main reason I ended up reading less than I meant to is because I read and finished the entirety of Black Five (400 pages in itself) in order to get a review up on Netgalley. Otherwise, I may have knocked out another book! Or not, the world may never know.

Anyway, I’ll continue reading what I didn’t finish throughout the month, and most likely continue on with the Mortal Instruments/Infernal Devices, since it’s been way, way too long since I last dove into those and I never ended up finishing them.

Onto the next readathon. Which… I need to do some research on, because I don’t know of any March readathons. If you know of one, let me know!

Thanks for reading!

    1. I loved all of Mortal Instruments, but I only got to finishing Glass and then Clockwork… Angel? Whichever the first one is of ID, I stopped reading the series after because college got in the way. I’m excited to get back into it! I have Lady Midnight on pre-order 😀

      1. UGH THEY’RE SO GOOD! You have to finish both of the other series before you can read Lady Midnight, for continuity reasons, as the main characters all are mashed together in City of Heavenly Fire. In fact, before you go any further in the Mortal Instruments, I would finish the Infernal Devices, because your enjoyment of the last two books of the Mortal Instruments will be much more if you have read the Infernal Devices. I can’t explain why, because spoilers are bad, but it’s worth it!
