TBR Takedown 3.5 Readathon … TBR!

That title is hilarious to me.

God I’m lame.

Remember how I said in my 2016 reading resolutions post that I’d be taking part in as many readathons as I could? Yeah, I wasn’t kidding. I actually have another readathon TBR post to make right after this one, because I have one right after the other. And I am PUMPED.

TBR Takedown is a readathon I have yet to participate in, and it’s hosted by Shannon@Leaninglights. It takes place from April 8th to the 10th, and starts at 12 am your time.

Challenges:
1. Standalone
2. Most Recent Haul
3. Catch Up in a Series
4. TBR Shelf Over a Year (or the longest)

I’ve chosen books that are slightly different than the Instagram post I had made earlier. Here’s what I’ll be reading!

Standalone

4137

This wasn’t the book I initially had, but I had realized that the first book I chose, Me Before You, had a sequel! I didn’t know this, so I put it back and decided on Me Talk Pretty One Day instead.

Most Recent Haul

25550357

My most recent haul was in February, and I’ll be picking Their Fractured Light for this one!

Catch Up in a Series

22071887

Following Their Fractured Light, I’ll also be reading the novella for this series, This Night So Dark to wrap it all up!

TBR Shelf Over a year

Did you mean: almost all of the books I own? Yeah, it’s sad. But, for this one, I’ll pick Altered AND Unraveled, because I’m in the middle of Altered and might only have a little left for the readathon when it comes up.

And … those are the books I will be attempting at reading for this readathon! I’m already feeling the pressure, haha…

Are you participating? Let me know what you’re reading!

    1. All but maybe one of the books on my TBR shelf are basically a full year old (some are even older, a few I’ve had for over 3 years, I think!) or more at this point :’D I keep telling myself to stop buying more and read the books I have, buuuut that never happens.

      1. I did, too! When the Borders near me was going out of business I went balls to wall and grabbed everything because it was all so cheap!
Haha, I know that feeling. Autocorrect takes control and has no mercy, sometimes. 😀
