Confessions of a Literary Addict

Pokemon Go is at fault for my failure.

Or, what is kind of a failure, because I did read one book. I just didn’t really knock any others out, technically.

Here’s what my TBR had looked like:

• Shadow & Bone by Leigh Bardugo
  • (And then, if I enjoy the first book) Siege & Storm
  • Ruin & Rising
    • (And THEN, maybe) Six of Crows
• The Wrath & the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh
  • The Rose & the Dagger (again, if I like the first and also have time)
• The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black
• The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
• If I Stay by Gayle Foreman
  • Where She Went (doubt I’ll have time)
• The Fallen Series, which I’m too lazy to write all out

And here’s what I actually got read:

• Shadow & Bone by Leigh Bardugo
  • 331 pages of Siege & Storm

However, what this readathon did get me into is having people vote for what I’ll be reading, so … I’m going to be doing that more often, once I get the rest of the books that had been on this TBR done (because I’m still going to read them in the order they were voted on, it’ll just be a lot slower as I try to catch ’em all). I’m not sure how I’ll be holding the polls just yet, I’m thinking maybe Twitter, but I like the idea of picking a few and then having people who have read them help me choose.

Anyway, that was my wrap-up! Onto the next readathon …
