Pokemon Go is at fault for my failure.
Or, what is kind of a failure, because I did read one book. I just didn’t really knock any others out, technically.
Here’s what my TBR had looked like:
- Shadow & Bone by Leigh Bardugo
- (And then, if I enjoy the first book) Siege & Storm
- Ruin & Rising
- (And THEN, maybe) Six of Crows
- The Wrath & the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh
- The Rose & the Dagger (again, if I like the first and also have time)
- The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black
- The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
- If I Stay by Gayle Foreman
- Where She Went (doubt I’ll have time)
- The Fallen Series, which I’m too lazy to write all out
And here’s what I actually got read:
- Shadow & Bone by Leigh Bardugo
- 331 pages of Siege & Storm
However, what this readathon did get me into is having people vote for what I’ll be reading, so … I’m going to be doing that more often, once I get the rest of the books that had been on this TBR done (because I’m still going to read them in the order they were voted on, it’ll just be a lot slower as I try to catch ’em all). I’m not sure how I’ll be holding the polls just yet, I’m thinking maybe Twitter, but I like the idea of picking a few and then having people who have read them help me choose.
Anyway, that was my wrap-up! Onto the next readathon …
Thanks for reading!
hahaha Pokemon Go has cut into my reading too!! It is so fun but, time consuming so… no reading time haha.
