Bout of Books 17 TBR + Goals

Now that BoB is only a day away (starts Monday!), I’ve been able to narrow down the books I expect to be reading for this readathon.

I was a little torn between aiming for super ambitious and taking it easy, so I somewhat fell in the middle of both and picked a set of reads that I can probably finish, but might possibly not. It’ll be a gamble, but I feel like that’s how all my TBRs go anyway.

  1. Winter by Marissa Meyer (currently reading, I’ll probably have about half to finish but WOW this is such a fast read when I actually sit down and read it properly)
  2. Stars Above by Marissa Meyer
  3. Pines by Blake Crouch
  4. Wayward by Blake Crouch
  5. The Last Town by Blake Crouch
  6. Sidekicked by John David Anderson (about halfway done with this one, so I’m including it)

  1.  Finish Winter + Stars Above
  2. Read every day, at least a chapter
  3. Participate in the challenges
  4. Read 1000 pages (should be easy, considering the hunk Winter is)

This is looking a lot bulkier than it actually is, considering two of my TBR books are basically either half-finished or will be by the time Monday rolls around, and then Stars Above is all novellas. I don’t think it’ll be too hard to get through all of these, plus I really want to get to Crouch’s series since I’ve watched the show.

Participating? Link me your TBR! Slash goals slash whatever, I’d check out anything.

Thanks for reading!

  1. If you don’t fly through & absolutely LOVE the Wayward Pines trilogy I will be seriously surprised. I find myself to be a relatively slower reader but I flew through those books. Hands down one of my all-time favourite trilogies. I hope you love it!!!!! Good luck on the readathon 😀

    1. I loved, loved the TV show adaptation, and since books tend to be better than their other media counterparts, I have a feeling I’m really going to like them! I can’t wait to get to them. And thank you!! 😀 ❤

      1. They’re a million times better. I should’ve watched the show before the books. They’re so different towards the end that I ended up disliking the show immensely. Sometimes books ruin their moves & shows lol

Let me know what you think once you’ve read them! I’d love your opinion 😀
