Hey, guess what.
This one is scheduled. That’s right. I did this Friday night so I was ready.
NOW. ONTO THE CONTENT.
What I Read:
… Very, very loosely representation of “read” being used here. I think I read like three chapters in Project Mothership by Ash Gray and two in Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. It’s just not been much of a reading week for me, I’ve been writing instead.
What I’ve Been Doing:
… Writing! Camp NaNo is not really kicking my butt (not like regular NaNo, wowee, that was an experience), but I’m struggling to overcome my fear of reworking my draft into something I hate.
I know I’ll still have the first draft if that does happen, but the risk. It’s hard.
I’m sure others can relate, but I’m pushing through it. I’m technically behind, but my goal is so small (I’m only rewriting my 89-page draft, so it’s about 3 pages a day. I can catch up on that easily once I get going.) that it’s not really an issue. Yet.
I’m trying not to let it become one.
Now, a question for you others also taking part in Camp NaNo:
TIPS? You don’t have to give me any, I have been lurking the forums and silently praising all that I find I need, but, you know. I love to see what yours might be, because maybe you didn’t post in the forums of the site, but you still have something you think might be of use to me.
I’d love to hear it!
Also, I’d love to hear how you’re getting on. Better than me? Worse? I’d love to know, if you’re willing to share!
