Top Five Wednesday is a weekly meme created by GingerReadsLainey and hosted Sam from Thoughts On Tomes over on Goodreads. This week’s topic is top 5 authors you want to read more of. I found myself enjoying this more than I thought!

These are in no particular order, the numbers are just there for number’s sake.

1 – Michael Grant

I’ve read more than one or two books by him, but he has so many books that I think I can say I want to read more of his work. I really want to read his BZRK series at some point.

2 – Rachel Hawkins

Again, read more than one or two books by her, but she has a whole ‘nother series that I haven’t read yet, and I’d really like to get on that at some point.

3 – Jandy Nelson

Only read one of her books! But I absolutely loved it, so I’m totally ready to throw some more of her words down my reading gullet. At some point.

(Reading is hard, okay. It’s hard and no one understands.)

4 – Robin Benway

I’ve read two of her books: Audrey, Wait! and The Extraordinary Secrets of April, May & June, and I loved both. Benway’s writing style is one that sucks me in and doesn’t let me go, and I want to read some more of her work.

5 – Tamora Pierce

It’s Tamora effin’ Pierce, okay. I think that’s all that needs to be said.
