Monthly Recommendations: Auto-Read Authors

It’s still July, I’m not late!

(I’m a little late.)

Monthly recommendations is a Goodreads group hosted by Kayla Rayne and Trina @Between Chapters. July’s topic is auto-read authors! I have a good amount of these, so be ready.

After reading their Starbound Trilogy, Meagan Spooner & Amie Kaufman are two authors I am trying to read all of. Haven’t got there yet, but if they put anything new out together, you can be sure I’m going to drop everything and read it.

William Ritter is the author of one of my favorite series, Jackaby, and so far I’ve read all he has out, with the exception of the Jackaby short story (still need to read that, but saving it for when I reread the whole series). The final book for Jackaby is coming out soon, and I hope he’s going to come out with a new series once he’s done, because I’m totally going to read it!

marissa meyer

Marissa Meyer! I still have to read both Heartless and Wires & Nerve, but her Lunar Chronicles series is awesome and I am 100% willing to read everything she’ll come out with next.

ruta sepetys

Ruta Sepetys … but if you’ve been here before, then that’s no surprise.

kody keplinger

Kody Keplinger, definitely, because her works are so quick to read and are pretty hilarious as they go.

soman chainani

Soman Chainani! So ready for the next book in his new sequel series!

laini taylor

Of course, Laini Taylor! Still probably one of the best writers I’ve ever read. I can never get over the way she writes.

cassandra clare

Cassandra Clare! Or, at least, trying to. Her books are so big, it’s taking me a while.

maggie stiefvater

And, finally, Maggie Stiefvater, whom I’m also still trying to catch up on.

Whew, that was a lot. Probably more than needed.

All the same, thanks for reading!
