January 2018 Wrap-Up!

First month of the new year = done! And I’m actually on time with my reading goal? Gasp! I’m still reading about 4 books I have to review at the moment, cycling through them so I don’t miss out on details I want to talk about (which I do when I feel myself getting what I call “bookway hypnosis” while reading… get it? Like highway hypnosis? Okay, I see the door, I’ll just go), so it’s

a slow process. At least I’ll get them all done at roughly the same time, and then have to churn out all those reviews pretty much at once.

… Anyway! I got five books done this month.

Here’s what I read:

Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire // ★★★★☆ // Review
Down Among the Sticks and Bones by Seanan McGuire // ★★★★☆ // Review coming!
Beneath the Sugar Sky by Seanan McGuire // ★★★★☆ // Review coming!

Landline by Rainbow Rowell // ★★★☆☆
Boys, Girls & Other Hazardous Materials by Rosalind Wiseman // ★★★☆☆

I’ve got a few book reviews ready in the queue for this upcoming month, along with a plethora of other kinds of posts, so stick around if you’re interested in seeing what’ll come!

Thanks for reading!
