Library Used Book Sale Haul! [FALL 2019]

It’s that time of the year again! And since I’ve been having some trouble with YouTube videos, I decided this time to fall back on my old method of writing out my book hauls in addition to filming the haul, so both will be found here!

The Vid:

The Haul:

The first two books I got were Horns by Joe Hill and Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan. I’ve been meaning to read the latter, and the former I’ve just been wanting to read one of Hill’s books because of who he is. I thought NOS4A2 was going to be my first, but then I found a copy of Horns and figured, why not?

Next up I picked up The Night Angel Trilogy by Brent Weeks (who I FINALLY figured out why he sounded familiar, people talk about his Lightbringer series all the time!), Battlemage by Stephen Aryan and A Madness of Angels by Kate Griffin.

Following that I snagged a copy of The Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffrey, which is a bind up of the first three books (there are HOW MANY books in this world???) and The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan, which completes my series for me!

Up next on the list we’ve got Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi, which I’ve been meaning to read since, like, forever, and The Mark by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, which is part of a series I’m slowly accumulating all the books to, apparently.

And, finally, the two I’m the most excited for: Daisy Jones and the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid and Underground in Berlin by Marie Jalowicz Simon. Both very up my alley!

And that wraps up my haul from this used book sale! Honestly, I think it was one of my better ones even if I didn’t walk away with a TON. I’m super excited by what I did get, and they’re all going straight into my TBR jar!

If you’ve read any of these, let me know what you thought of them, good or bad! I love to see what others think, even if it’s not a glowing review.

Thanks for reading!
