I did it? I did it!
For the first time since I started taking part in the #24in48 readathon, I managed to get a full 24 hours read!
Of course it takes a pandemic for me to manage it (and, okay, I did nearly all of my reading while playing Animal Crossing, so I’d say that also has something to do with it), but, hey! I’ll take it!
Final Hour Count:
Final Page Count:
440 (Intertwined by Gena Showalter) + 572 (Unraveled by Gena Showalter) + 564 (Twisted by Gena Showalter) + 253 (Awakened by L.J. Smith) + 44 (Matt and Elana: First Date by L.J. Smith) = 1,873 pages read.
I ended up detouring from my intended plan of reading that one historical fiction series by Carolly Erickson, because I was really feeling the vampire kick and wanted to continue on with it.
Honestly? Not to blast my own horn from the rooftops, but I think I knocked this one out!
I didn’t have any goals planned this time (unfortunately, probably would have nailed them for once!), so we’re skipping that part of the wrap-up. I can’t wait for the next readathon!
Thanks for reading!
Me toooo! First time ever hitting 24 hours! Yay us!! 😀 Congrats! And I guess I’m buying Animal Crossing! New Hampshire issued a stay at home starting Friday night.
