Aaand we’re back! Entry #2, and it hasn’t even been a full week. I tried really hard not to go picture-crazy and start a weekly update schedule… but that didn’t really happen. :’D
You’ll see this being tweaked along the way, but I went ahead and made my character a face pattern with moles and a little cheek heart, because I myself have copious moles on my being and I wanted her to look a little more like me.
Then I went and gave her a new hairstyle that looks nothing like mine. Where’s my curly pixie cuts, Nintendo???
Paid off my first home loan! Well, the one that required actual money, anyway…
And then I went and placed the spot for Nook’s Cranny! Bring on the Nooklings and their wares!
Katt, being the best villager I had at the time (LOOKIN’ AT U, COBB, YA SLACKER), gave me Reactions! She also keeps randomly singing, and it’s the cutest thing. I want to get a video of it.
As you can see, at this point I still hadn’t really remembered I have a picture-taking feature at my beck and call. However, Blathers!

The latest balloon took note of my growing collection of randomly-given items that make me look like a recovering MCR-addict (joke’s on them, I never entered the recovery process) and threw a button-up at me. I just need a skinny tie to complete the look.
It liiiiiiives.
Look at the Nooklings in their little aprons. I can’t handle the cute.
Harv showed up on my island and beckoned me over to his place. Alas, I could not refuse and showed up immediately … and then left without doing anything more than saying hi. 😀
I couldn’t get over how pretty the sky looked so I made use of the camera app for once. Also, changed my hair color (I’m a sucker for pink hair no matter the environment, what can I say) and ditched the shirt for a hoodie I frantically designed.
Enter: Gulliver’s wasted ass.
I spent a good amount of time stalking around the building site for the full museum, distressed to the nth degree when I found out it takes two whole days to finish.
I HAVE SO MUCH TO GIVE YOU, BLATHERS. LOVE ME.
Really hope I don’t regret this bridge placement too soon! Also: check the new villager I forgot to get a pic of! Norma joins the ranks, and she’s so freaking cute.

The item I ended up getting from Gulliver. You can see in the corner there the amassed amount of bugs and fish I’m about ready to launch between the cracks of the construction site of the museum, just to get them off my lawn
