Okay, this one is late simply because I was too lazy to put it together! π
I read 23 books in August (and, yes, a few of them were mostly just me finishing up a book I read mostly in July, it just happened to line up that way), and a lot of them, uh. Were not to my liking, but what else is new? Some of them I liked a LOT, though, so it balanced it out for me! (I’m just hard to please, what can I say!)
Onto the books!

Oof, that was kind of a mess, huh. At least I read three of my 22 in 2022 books! I’m really running out of time there, I need to pick up the pace.
We’re almost halfway through September as I’m writing this (oops!), but I think I’ll try to knock out The Darkest Minds next. I’ve heard such good things about it, I want to see what the hype is about.
Until next month! Thanks for reading!

Wow 23 books is amazing!

Ha good luck with The Darkest Minds. It started off well and good but deteriorated IMO. Stuck in the dystopian hype so it’s too similar to other YA books with kids with powers.
