February 2023 TBR!

Last month’s TBR was mostly a win, the only one I didn’t get to finish was Addie, and that’s because I did not realized how HUGE the book is… I’m about halfway through as of right now, but damn she’s thicc. Aside from that, it was enough of a success that I’m going to continue doing these until I either get tired of following them or forget. Both are equally likely, knowing me!

This month’s hopes are:

So for February, I kind of want to try focusing on more books off of my 23 in 2023 TBR list, so that means I’m going to try for Legendborn by Tracy Deonn, Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini, and This Poison Heart by Kalynn Bayron. (Technically, I’ve already started Starcrossed, but I hope to finish it by the end of the month!)

Along with those, I want to read The Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie to continue my readalong with my mom and sister. We’re in the middle of The Secret Adversary right now, otherwise I would have put that one up!

And finally, for Lala’s Buzzwordathon, I want to (re)read Falling Under by Gwen Hayes for February’s prompt of “verb”!

I think I’m most excited for Legendborn. I’ve been staring at it for so long, I think it’ll be the first one I tackle once my library loan comes in. (I am addicted to my Kindle and much prefer reading on it if I can, even though I have a physical copy of almost all of these.)

Onto the month!

Thanks for reading!

  1. I’ve started searching out audio versions of the books I own and THAT has been helpful for me to start weeding physical books out to donate or sell! Oh gosh, I’m so nervous to hear what you thought of Addie LaRue! 😬

    1. Audio versions of some books have been GREAT, sometimes I just cannot get into one of the books and I swap to audio and it’s so much easier. I’m really liking Addie so far, but I just know it’s going to hurt at the end, I can feel it coming… :’D
