February 2023 Wrap-Up!

Whew, that was a month. For the shortest month of the year, I somehow managed to knock out 21 books. Yeah, never done that before. (Not in February, anyway. Can’t remember if I’ve done it another year in another month.)

I don’t think I’ll manage that many a month again, but I’m hoping I can! It would make getting through the books I own way faster, and the less books I have to move with the better.

Anyway, let’s get onto what I read!

What I read:

The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab // ★★★★☆
That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Demon by Kimberly Lemming // ★☆☆☆☆
The Secret Adversary by Agatha Christie // ★★★★☆

Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie // ★★☆☆☆
Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez // ★★★★☆
Empress of All Seasons by Emiko Jean // ★★☆☆☆

It’s In His Kiss by Julia Quinn // ★★★★☆
Miss Butterworth and the Mad Baron by Julia Quinn // ★★☆☆☆

I didn’t get Legendborn done like I had hoped, but I should be able to get it done in March! I’m not able to get into it as much as I hoped I would, so I’m going to give the audiobook version a try.

Aside from that, I’m blowing through these a lot faster than anticipated. I’m still debating on which to add to my March TBR, but that’ll be out tomorrow!

Thanks for reading!

  1. Whew I am so glad you gave Addie 4 stars!!! 😅 I enjoyed We Were Liars but felt like that shine was gone for Family of Liars because we already know the big spoilers so it was just meh.

    1. It was so good! It was almost a five, but I had a few moments where I wasn’t as invested as I wanted to be, but THAT ENDING. MY HEART.

Agreed on Liars! There just wasn’t that same punch that I wanted.
