March 2023 Wrap-Up!

This month felt like it lasted FOREVER. Probably a combination of the fact I got sick near the start and the fact I read 27 books. Specifically because I was sick and didn’t want to do anything but lie there and read. I’m a little burned out because of that (which is why I have 10 books on my currently-reading shelf, I keep swapping between them), but I don’t think it’ll last!

(It had better not last. I’ll be so mad if it does.)

I’m hoping to get at least one more done in April, but the burnout might keep me from doing that.

Thanks for reading!

  1. I definitely read Wings in 2009/2010 and never continued the series. I didn’t know there were 5 books! Legendborn 2 stars?! Harsh! lol. I haven’t read it yet. I do have a soft spot for the Women of the Otherworld books. I started them as a teen. I think I still need to read the last one! lol.

    1. Apparently the last Wings book came out way later than the others! Yeah Legendborn was a 4 for the first quarter of the book but then it dragged for so long that I just… wasn’t feeling it. It’s closer to a 2.5, honestly. I hear Bloodmarked is waaaay better though so I’m really hoping! The magic systems are way too cool for me to be this bored 😫 I’ve only ever read… uhhh Darkest Powers (had to go look, couldn’t remember what they were called) when I was a teen and I remember really liking them, so I decided to go back and read the whole world! I’m excited to get to Paige’s books specifically.
